☀ Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen before heading outside.

☀ Reapply every two hours, especially after swimming.

☀ Check UV levels as they can reach up to extreme levels of UV 10 or more.

🕶 Wear sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat.

👕 Lightweight long-sleeve sun shirts offer great protection while keeping you cool.

A little sunscreen and plenty of water can make the difference between an amazing vacation and a very uncomfortable one.

• Staying on established paths to help protect the riverbanks.

• Leaving rocks, plants, and wildlife exactly as you found them.

• No Glass - bring reusable water bottles, plastic or aluminum

Even small pieces of litter, like zip ties, bottle caps, water balloons, or straw and snack wrappers, can become micro-trash that harms wildlife and washes downstream.

If every visitor leaves the river a little cleaner than they found it, we can all help preserve this incredible place for generations to come.
